About

Hi, I'm Anastasia — also known as Anas Baronda

How this started

A few years ago I set out to see how much of Indonesia I could actually cover — not just the well-worn stops, but the ferry rides, the small-town warungs, and the islands that don't show up on the usual lists.

What started as a personal log turned into TripWithAnas: part travel journal, part planning service for people who want to see this country the way I've gotten to see it, without spending months figuring out the logistics themselves.

Somewhere along the way, people started calling me Anas Baronda — Ambonese for "traveler." It stuck, and now it's woven into the name of this whole project: TripWithAnas ~ AnasBaronda.

Approach

What I care about when planning a trip

01

Real pacing

No itinerary that has you sprinting between islands. Trips are built around how much time you actually have.

02

Local first

Guides, boats, and stays I've either used myself or vetted through people I trust on the ground.

03

Honest recommendations

If a spot isn't worth it anymore, I'll say so — even if it's famous.
