Ambon → Saumlaki — Arrival & Town
Meet at 05:00 for the 06:50 Wings Air flight, landing in Saumlaki at 08:30 with the whole day ahead. Ease in with the harbor and morning market, then an afternoon in Olilit village — Tanimbar's famous tenun ikat weavers at their looms and the hilltop Christ statue over the bay — before sunset at Weluan Beach and a welcome dinner.

A full day up Yamdena's east coast. Watch master woodcarvers at Tumbur, then climb the megalithic stairway at Sangliat Dol to its iconic stone boat (natar), welcomed by village elders. Continue to Arui Bab for Natar Sori, whose richly carved prow board is the best preserved in the islands.
